JUSTIN
J. KIM, PRESIDENT- President Kim is a founder and
a principal of the firm TMG Realty Advisors. He has over
sixteen years of experience in real estate appraisal and
real estate consulting and is a licensed, certified general
appraiser for the State of California. Mr. Kim is a graduate
of the University of Southern California with a degree
in Accounting and Real Estate Finance. He is a senior
member of American Society of Appraisers (ASA), and an
associate member of Appraisal Institute, Urban Land Institute,
Institute of Real Estate Management and a committee member
of USC Athletic Support Group.
Mr. Kim is an alternate member on the County of Los Angeles
Assessment Appeals Board, and serves as a member of Board
of Director for State Fund for Enterprise, Business, Industrial
Development Corporation (SAFE-BIDC0) for State of California.
Mr. Kim is also a member of Board of Director of Korean
Health, Education, Information & Research Center (KHEIR).
From 2003-2005, he served on the board of the Korean American
Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Kim has been a member of Disabled
Access Appeals Commission since September of 2006 and
was elected the President of the Commission in July 2008.

MARILYN
GRUNWALD, VICE PRESIDENT - Vice President Grunwald
is a writer and founder of The Disabled Section, a new
non-profit dedicated to bringing persons with disabilities
into civic and political life. Due to a life-long disability,
Ms. Grunwald has a great understanding of the need for
access and the necessity of compliance with the American's
with Disabilities Act (ADA). She is involved with various
civic organizations in the San Fernando Valley including
Rotary. Originally trained as a legal secretary, Ms. Grunwald
has more than 20 years experience in business administration.
A distinguished alumni of Los Angeles Valley College,
where she studied political science, she is also a graduate
of the Valley Leadership Institute, and Buckhaven Technical
College. Ms. Grunwald has been a member of the Disabled
Access Appeals Commission since April 2003, Vice President
since January 2004 to August 2005 and President from August
2005 to September 2006. She was elected Vice President
again in July 2008.

DANIEL
L. GERMAIN, COMMISSIONER - Commissioner Germain
has been a member of the Disabled Access Appeals Commission
since September 2002 and President of the Commission
since January 2004 to August 2005 and Vice President
from July 2007 to July 2008. Mr. Germain is an attorney
with the law firm of Rosman & Germain LLP. Mr. Germain's
law practice focuses on all phases of civil and appellate
litigation in state and federal courts involving real
estate, construction, environmental, securities, banking,
technology and insurance coverage matters. Mr. Germain
has acted as lead counsel on numerous significant matters
through jury and bench verdicts. Mr. Germain graduated
from the University of California Santa Barbara in 1986
with a degree in political science and received his
law degree from Loyola of Los Angeles Law School in
1989. At Loyola Law School, Mr. Germain served as Editor-in-Chief
of the International and Comparative Law Journal. Mr.
Germain is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
Mr. Germain is a Judge Pro Tem with the Los Angeles
County Superior Court and an Instructor through UCLA
Extension Department of Business and Management.

NARESH
C. KAMBOJ, COMMISSIONER - Commissioner Kamboj is
the owner and founder of Newman Engineering Associates,
a Los Angeles-based civil engineering firm established
in 1986. He has been practicing civil engineering for
over 30 years and has designed a variety of different
structures including housing units, large commercial
facilities, industrial areas and places of worship.
He was also involved in rehabilitation plans for various
schools in the Los Angeles Unified School District.
Mr. Kamboj obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in
Civil Engineering in 1961 and is a licensed Civil Engineer
in the State of California. In addition, Mr. Kamboj
is a founding member of Thank You America, a non-profit
organization dedicated to helping the poor and the homeless.
He also served as Commissioner for the State of California
Commission for Aging and is a recipient of the congressional
award for community service. He has been a member of
this commission since September 2002, Vice President
since November 2005 to September 2006 and President
from September 2006 to July 2007.

ROD
LANE, COMMISSIONER - Commissioner Lane has been a
member of the Disabled Access Appeals Commission since
September 2005, Vice President from September 2006 to
July 2007 and President of the Commission from July 2007
to July 2008. His education includes University of California,
Los Angeles, Certificate Program in Engineering Management
for Construction, Joint Certificate in Engineering Management
for Construction from the American Society of Civil Engineers
and the Associated General Contractors of California.
He also completed studies toward a Bachelor's of Science
in Architecture, University of California, Berkeley. Mr.
Lane is proficient in every aspect of construction management
and specializes in the management of non-profit and affordable
housing projects. Prior to joining Swinerton Management
and Consulting, Mr. Lane was the founder and president
of Community Construction Strategies, a premier leader
in the field of affordable housing construction management.
Commissioner Lane has over 20 years experience in the
construction industry.
