Volunteers

Volunteering for the City of Los Angeles, Department of Recreation and Parks is a great way to create community! You can join community groups, participate in recreation programs, and/or work in the parks maintaining the City’s green spaces.

This section tells you how you can volunteer at specific events and programs. In fact, if you would like to volunteer at a specific site or would like to locate a facility in a certain area, we invite you to use the Facility Locator or visit the following sections of laparks.org:
