Courtney Chesla Torres

  Courtney manages all day-to-day operations of the Councilwoman's City Hall and district staff. Courtney oversees all issues pertaining to budget, personnel and strategic planning development and implementation. She serves as senior policy advisor and is the Councilwoman's liaison to the office of the Mayor and all City departments.
Jenny Chavez

 Jenny supports the Councilwoman and her chief of staff with goods movement, aviation and harbor related issues. Jenny manages policy and staff execution on all issues pertaining to the Trade, Commerce and Tourism Committee, Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority and SCAG Transportation Committee. She also serves the Councilwoman as a senior policy advisor.

Eric Moody

  Directs all City Service functions for the district. He serves as coordinator for special projects district wide, including all new and on going public infrastructure improvements, transportation, capital improvements and bonded projects. He is the Councilwoman's liaison to all City service related departments and monitors proper maintenance and operation of City-owned facilities.

Olivia supports the Councilwoman and her chief of staff in the development and implementation of media and public outreach initiatives. She serves as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and oversees the execution of communication collateral, including the 15th District Web site, City Council correspondence, newsletters and press releases.

  Serves as primary contact for the Councilwoman's scheduling matters, handles correspondence and phone calls for the Councilwoman.
Myriam Lopez

  Serves as office manager of the City Hall Office, assists with scheduling matters for the Chief of Staff and is the backup for Councilwoman's Executive Assistant, Tina Quebec. Oversees the ordering of certificates, plaques and other forms of recognition for groups and individuals throughout the district. She is the coordinator for YSA student works and office volunteers.

  Provides administrative support to City Hall staff, processes incoming constituent phone calls and correspondence, and helps to coordinate presentations and other recognition.

Harbor District Office (San Pedro)

   Oversees the work of the district offies in San Pedro, Willimington, Harbor City and Harbor Gateway and the Community Advocates that represent these communities.

  Serves as primary point of contact for policies and projects relating to housing, economic development, community development, and education and serves on the Community Action Board of the Community Development Department on behalf of Councilwoman Hahn.

 Serves as district-wide representative for policy, regulatory and permit inquiries pertaining to matters of urban planning, building and safety, transportation and public works.

Serves as the primary contact for San Pedro residents, businesses, community based organizations and other individuals and groups seeking assistance with City services. Represents the interests of San Pedro through interaction with community leaders and participation in Neighborhood Councils and other local groups.

  Represents the Councilwoman on various special events committees throughout the district and oversees the delivery of certain City services to special events, including special event motions and other requests. Plans any and all special event activities for the Councilwoman.

  Provides administrative support to district staff, processes incoming constituent correspondence, phone calls, and is the primary contact for the Charter Bus Program.

   Assists with all constituent requests for services. Problem solving and following through with constituent requests. Refer constituent to appropriate services. Interface with City, County, State, and Federal offices. Research special projects and issues. Plan and assist at special events with Community Services Advocates
Works closely with Planning Staff regarding district issues. Work closely with Legislative Staff on all related issues. Prioritize community needs for District’s capital improvement. Site inspections of District for referrals to city departments, i.e. graffiti. Staff Councilwoman when requested.

Watts District Office

Erika Velazquez
Northern District Director

   Erika serves as the primary contact for Harbor Gateway and Watts residents, businesses, non-profits, community based organizations, gang intervention and other individual groups seeking assistance from the Councilwoman and/or City services. She handles all special events for the Harbor Gateway and Watts community. She oversees the delivery of certain City services to events, including motions, civic funds, applications, equipment orders and other requests. She represents Councilwoman on boards, task forces and special projects. She represents the interests of Harbor Gateway and Watts through interaction with community leaders, civic organizations, other government agencies, and participation in Neighborhood Councils and other local groups.
Rosa Corrales

   Serves as the primary contact for Watts residents, businesses, community-based organizations, and other individuals or groups for City Department Services, among them Public Works; represents the interest of the 15th Council District through interaction between the Councilwoman's office and the community and its constituents, including, Spanish-speakers; and serves as a liaison between Los Angeles Unified School District and Watts constituents.
