Mail Services Division is part of the Department of General Services with a commitment to provide each City Department professional and quality Messenger and Delivery service. We adhere to standards set by the United States Postal Service on outbound mail dissemination. We educate departments citywide on cost saving methods in an effort to conserve their annual postage budget.

In the last two years Mail Services has increased its services and help provide significant savings through mass mailer automation, quarterly Mail Coordinator Training Classes and monthly vendor invoice audits. Each function individually ensures that departments receive quality service at the most economical cost.
